Key responsibilities• Responsible for the overall business and operation activities at the Da Nang Office.• Responsible for Business negotiation, explore market opportunities, develope LCL consolidation products for the branch.• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.• Responsible for human resource management, training and team development to ensure effective branch operations.• Coordinate with other branches in the company to optimize operating procedures and service quality.• Monitor and evaluate business indicators, report branch performance to the Country Manager.• Ensure branch compliance with company policies, regulations and laws.• Ensure asset accountability, technology and trade secrets of the Company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Background in Branch Manager/ Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics, experience in LCL preferred• Customer oriented.• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation.• Proficiency in English (preferable candidate who can speak Korean and/or Chinese)• Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally• Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections• Has strong negotiation skills and project management• Self-Motivated and performance driven
