We're looking for a Brand Supervisor who is detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about marketing. You will work directly with the Marketing Director to bring big ideas to life — from planning to execution. If you're someone who enjoys structuring ideas, managing projects, and driving brand growth, this role is for you.• Project Management - Assign tasks to team members and manage project timelines and progress- Track campaign milestones using Gantt charts or similar tools, and report status regularly• Strategic Planning Support- Translate marketing director’s ideas into clear, structured documents and presentation decks- Assist in drafting strategy and proposal materials• KPI Tracking & Data Analysis- Work closely with the BI team to monitor campaign performance and create forecasting models- Report on KPIs daily and provide actionable insights• Creative Direction Support- Create creative briefs and communicate instructions to designers and agencies- Review creatives to ensure brand consistency and alignment with platform-specific policies• User & Brand Research Coordination- Coordinate with research agencies on survey creation, implementation, and output review• Budget & Admin Management- Manage marketing budgets and prepare monthly reports- Review vendor contracts,compare proposals, and handle administrative proceduresBENEFITS:• Professional, Transparent, and Friendly working environment• Up to 22 full-paid days of annual leave• Annual health check• Health and Accident insurance 24/7 program• On job Training & Coaching program• Very nice office at the center of HCMCWorking time: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 6 PM)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 2 -3 years of experience in major marketing/advertising agencies• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — logical, concise, and clear• Strong organizational and project management skills• Familiar with creative production and working with design agencies• Comfortable working with data tools (e.g., GA4, Firebase, BI dashboards)• Able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling slides and documents• Awareness of compliance and risk management in marketing (e.g., misinformation, copyright issues)
