KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Integrated Marketing Planning: KPI performance 100%• Planning and implementing a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy (360 media ALT & BTL) aligned with business goals.• Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging align with brand identity and corporate objectives.• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement Digital, Communication, PR strategies, Event and internal communication roadmaps.2. Branding management & Positioning:• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, both internal and external.• Develop brand messaging, brand statements, and brand storytelling initiatives.• Manage the flow of brand-media-agencies-related issues based on changes in direction, goals and budgets; be capable of creating solutions and proactively resolving issues3. Content Creation & Management• Write & supervise the creation of marketing materials, press releases, website content, and social media content.• Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone and voice.• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visual storytelling content.4. Public Relations (PR) & Media Relations• Give directions to the Corporate PR team and overview press releases, media pitches, and PR events.• Manage responses to media inquiries and monitor brand mentions in news and social media.5. Digital & Social Media Communications• Oversee content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).• Ensure the effective use of email marketing, blogs, and website content to enhance brand engagement.• Track and optimize social media engagement and campaign performance.6. Event Planning & Execution:• Plan the activation to raise awareness and engage with user/customer.• Ability in event conceptualization, planning to raise awareness and user/customer engagement.• Ability to manage budgets, sponsorships, and vendor relationships.• Experience in handling vendors for event execution.• Track and optimize event engagement and campaign performance.7. Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting• Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, Email MKT and PR metrics.• Provide detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.• Optimize communication strategies based on data-driven insights.8. Project & Stakeholder Management:• Strong collaboration skills to work across departments, partners.• Ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships effectively.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree of Marketing, Communications, PR, Economics or related fields.• Advanced Brand Communication, Integrated Marketing & Digital Media Competences (>5 years experienced)• Experience in leading teams and managing multi-channel communication strategies.• Good writing skill both in English and Vietnamese• Strong strategy and analytical skills: Able to identify and isolate opportunities/issues with action plans in a clear and logical way.• Strong consumer & creative marketing background with strategic thinking and insight orientation• Proven track record in launching new products into emerging markets that have been successful/sustained over time• Strong presentation skills: able persuade manager and team on plan and thinking.• Strong communication, analytic, organization and presentation skills• Excellent interpersonal skills (important due to multi-party/external business, university partnership).• Data analysis and performance metrics and budget management.
