Project Manager/ Leader shall be a part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam, leading key projects with clients worldwide. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows: • Communicate with customers for requirement analysis, project plan and project progress. • Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality. • Review all project documentation. • Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirement. • Assign tasks to resources efficiently. • Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to Department Head • Support project members on technologies and provide solution decisions.

Must haveUniversity degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics &Telecommunications or related majors.At least 3 -year experience in project management.At least 3-year experience in software development (Mobile/ Web – Frontend, Back-end, Fullstack)Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management.Strong sense of quality and client orientation.Strong experience in development process & manage KPI by CMMI, Agile...Leadership and Negotiation skill2. Nice to haveExperience for project management at Japanese company or work directly with Japanese clients is a great advantage.Onsite working experience in Japan is a plus.Able to work under tight schedule.Having PMP certification is preferred.
