Business Analyst (BA)

Responsibilities Conduct detailed business analyses.  Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate those requirements into high-quality solutions that underpin various financial services.  Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and end users to develop innovative solutions for our leading customers.  Develop process models and workflow diagrams to improve business operations.  Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.  Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system enhancements.  Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
