The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for: • Gathering and documenting business requirements • Ensuring traceability across change initiatives • Writing workflows and process documentation • Managing work items and backlogs in Rally • Performing data analysis to support decision-making • Producing reporting, metrics, and dashboards • Identifying inefficiencies and redundant processes • Recommending improvements across Workplace streams • Driving process automation and tool consolidation • Supporting operational and process-driven activities • Aligning productivity opportunities with organisational goals • Maintaining continuity in tracking and delivery outcomes Enterprise Behaviour • Protect information and systems per Group Information Security Standards • Apply strong analytical thinking to identify and solve problems • Drive process improvement and business case development • Manage performance metrics and reporting with accuracy • Align work with strategic organisational goals • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders • Maintain integrity, accountability, and professionalism in delivery

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across varied business levels • Skilled in identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, and tracing them through testing and acceptance • Experience working across multiple technology platforms and environments • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency • Familiarity with managing work items and documentation in tools like Rally Qualification / Skill Requirements • Tertiary qualified is desirable • Desirable -Power BI–dashboarding and data visualisation Excel (advanced)–data analysis and reporting SQL–data querying and extraction ServiceNow–service management and ticketing SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams–document and collaboration management Confluence–documentation and knowledge sharing JIRA–agile delivery and backlog tracking SailPoint IIQ (myID)–identity and access management Active Directory–access control and user management PowerShell / Python scripting and automation CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub)–deployment automation TDD / BDD frameworks–test-driven and behaviour-driven development APIs / Microservices–integration and service architecture Zoom AI Companion / M365 Copilot–meeting intelligence and GenAI productivity tools
