Business Analyst Lead

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Lead to manage and oversee the analysis of business requirements, ensuring the delivery of efficient solutions through application development. This role is pivotal in defining the scope, objectives, and automation of systems, aligning them with both user needs and industry-specific business systems.Key Responsibilities:Take a leadership role in mentoring, developing, and managing a team of business analysts, ensuring that all analyses are of the highest quality and contribute effectively to the successful delivery of projects.Manage and optimize resource allocation, ensure a balanced workload distribution, and oversee the assignment of responsibilities within the business analysis team.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across various business units to facilitate the creation of thorough analyses and clear documentation. Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.Continuously assess, analyze, and communicate system requirements while maintaining oversight of existing system processes. This includes preparing and presenting monthly status reports to all pertinent stakeholders.Lead the preparation, review, and updating of both internal and external documentation. Ensure the formal delivery of system requirements and other supporting documents.Conduct routine system analysis to optimize operational efficiency and resolve any technical issues promptly.Foster and maintain robust relationships with internal partners, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless systems integration and continuous improvement. Address inquiries from executives and management with well-researched responses and strategic recommendations.Work closely with Development, Systems Administration teams, and third-party partners to ensure the design, validation, and implementation of effective systems and application solutions.Ensure the consistent updating and maintenance of all documentation generated during requirements gathering, system analysis, and application design phases.
