Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business and Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives in the OTC and consumer health segment in Vietnam.This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving OTC and consumer health brands and product awareness, and executing marketing strategies that align with regulatory standards and consumer health trends.Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in the OTC and consumer health brands and products in Vietnam. • Analyze product performance and consumer insights to guide portfolio decisions. • Plan and execute product launches and promotional events. • Collaborate with regional office and regulatory teams to support product development and market entry. • Build relationships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales performance according to company objectives. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions. • Ascertain regulatory, supply and any other business related activities supported by various functional streams are executed in a timely manner.- Marketing Strategy & Execution: • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to achieve business objectives. • Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to OTC and health-conscious consumers. • Manage product portfolios, pricing strategies, and promotional activities including digital marketing and social media to drive consumer engagement. • Ensure compliance with OTC and consumer health advertising regulations and industry standards. • Coordinate with medical compliance and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and ethical advertising and promotion messages.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.• 5+ years of experience in business development and marketing within the OTC or consumer health sectors.• Strong understanding of OTC product regulations, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.• Proven track record in launching and growing consumer health-related brands or products.Key Skills:• Strategic Planning & Execution• Market & Competitor Analysis• Regulatory Awareness • Digital & Traditional Marketing• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills• Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and detail-oriented• Ability to work independently with problem solving skills and self motivated• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
