This provides a unique chance for personal and professional development, accompanied by a motivating benefits package.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Management (End-User & Partner): Follow up on inquiries from potential end-users and channel partners, ensuring prompt and effective responses to all leads.• Mapping End-Users to Channel Partners: Assess potential end-user needs and strategically match them with the appropriate channel partners for solution delivery and implementation.• New Channel Partner Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and system integrators, to expand Bitdefender’s market reach in Vietnam.• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities from both direct end-user inquiries and partner leads, ensuring an active flow of potential business.• Channel Enablement: Work closely with new and existing partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary training, knowledge, and tools to effectively sell and support Bitdefender solutions.• Business Growth: Execute strategies to achieve business development goals, increase market penetration, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.• Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to support joint campaigns and events that drive lead generation for both end-users and partners.• Client and Partner Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with end-users and partners to ensure satisfaction, trust, and continued business growth.• Market Insights: Stay updated on the cybersecurity landscape, competitive positioning, and market needs to adjust business development strategies as required.• Reporting: Regularly report on lead status, pipeline development, and channel performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management, ideally within the IT or cybersecurity industry.• Proven experience in managing inbound leads from end-users and partners, with a track record of converting them into successful business opportunities.• Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and experience in partner recruitment and enablement.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects at once.• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command in English (written and spoken).• Familiarity with Bitdefender solutions or cybersecurity technologies, especially endpoint protection, EDR, XDR, CSPM is a plus.Benefits:• Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.• Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.• Health insurance and other standard company benefits.• Exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity products and training.• Healthy working lifestyle (Monday-Friday)
