Adhere to local regulations concerning FSMS/ HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Prepare, cooks, serves and stores.
Responsible for the effective presentation of staff meals and maintaining the staff dining room in a clean an hygienic manner.
Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned..
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Education: minimum high school education or equivalent and have undergone formal vocational in food preparation.
* Experience: Must have at least 5 years experiences working in the kitchen of an established hotel of which 3 years must be spent in a position equivalent to that of Demi Chef; One to two years in a similar position.
* OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write and communication in Vietnam and basic English.
- Must have a very high level contact of food preparation to the equivalent of a skill technician and work under no supervision in the area of food preparation.
- Must have extensive knowledge of local or Asian or Western cuisines in an international environment and be familiar with storekeeping and stocktaking experience and procedures.
- Good health, know how to arrange goods.
- Quick, careful.
- Having skills in calculating and counting goods.
- Honest.
- Having a sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
