Mô Tả Công Việc
- Monitor the security operations for the Resort under the General Manager’s guidance & supervision including monitoring the access control of the people who are staying in/ visiting the property, keeping track of different events, implementing security protocols, creating emergency response procedures, conducting security evaluations & supervising security staffs.
- Implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms to ensure the completely safety environment for internal & external guests of the Resort.
- Participate in hiring new security guards, delegating tasks and duties to them, training them & appraising their performance
- The detailed job description will be discussed in the interview with the Management Board.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/ College Degree in related job field or equivalent certificates/ diplomas.
- Basic English and fluent native communication.
- Good knowledge of security environments and hazards
- Leadership & Management Skill, Staff – Motivation Skill, Problem solving Skill, Customer Service Skill, Effective Communication Skill.
- Be physically fit, detail oriented, dynamic, proactive & passionate in leading, working & developing team members; have good attitude, team work building rapport, positive thinking and take challenges to work under pressure with can-do commitment.
