- Assist to compile and audit all income and gaming related issue, ensure all revenue records are accurate and discrepancies reported on a timely basis, control documents for all areas of F&B and Casino operations, consolidate shift reports and prepare regular revenue report, audit report and journals
- Collect all related supporting documents and other paperwork deemed necessary for the audit process
- Perform audit procedures on all F&B outlets’ revenue transactions and audit/reconciliation functions on all invoices billed by the leased outlets against our records
- Provide appropriate manual adjustments in POS
- Prepare the outlet’s revenue POS reports, Cash overage/shortage report and other necessary audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of the revenue data
- Completion of month end duties requirements by completing account reconciliations and journal entry adjustments
- Perform daily audit on Table games, Slots, Cage, VIP Gaming and Promotion
- Ensure that audit checklists are up to date and diligently followed and signed off
- Support the quarterly and periodic audit with internal and external departments. Supervise F&B outlet cash count, card audit, unscheduled machine count and key audit, physical cage count, slot audit either monthly or quarterly
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Assist the auditing process for all gaming and non-gaming activities and recommends revisions as business processes and systems change and develop
- Perform other duties assigned by casino finance management from time to time, and assist Line Manager in managing any ad hoc projects
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Preferred minimum 1-3 years in accounting/auditing
- Solid background in Income Audit preferred
- Familiarity with accounting and auditing principles and practices
- Previous hospitality audit with computerized PMS and POS system. Micros Opera and Micros Symphony preferred or equivalent systems
- Familiarity with computer knowledge including MS Office
- Degree in Accounting preferred, or Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
- Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills.
