Position SummaryAs a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as the primary technical point of contact and a trusted advisor for our key clients in Vietnam. We are looking for a high-energy, proactive professional who possesses a solid technical foundation and a "hands-on" mindset. You will bridge the gap between complex client requirements and our cloud ecosystem, ensuring exceptional service availability and rapid incident resolution. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Agility & Incident Management: Act as the first responder for technical inquiries and critical incidents. Own the end-to-end resolution process with a high sense of urgency to minimize client downtime.Technical Advocacy & Implementation: Provide hands-on support for cloud architecture configurations, including but not limited to compute, storage, networking, and security settings.Cross-Border Coordination: Serve as a linguistic and technical bridge between local Vietnamese clients and the Global Headquarters (China). Translate business pain points into technical requirements for the R&D team.Service Lifecycle Management: Conduct regular Technical Service Reviews (TSR) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents. Proactively identify operational risks and provide optimization suggestions.Technical Enablement: Assist clients in onboarding and adopting new cloud features through live demonstrations, workshops, and technical documentation.

QualificationsTechnical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments and core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)Hands-on Capability: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues across various layers (OS, Network, Database). Familiarity with CLI tools and basic scripting (Shell or Python) is a strong plus.Cloud Literacy: Basic experience with at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, AliCloud). Associate-level cloud certifications are highly preferred.Core Competencies: Exceptional "Sense of Urgency," strong analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure scenariosMultilingual Proficiency: Proficient in either English or Chinese(Preferred).
