Introduction We are looking for a passionate and community-driven Community Manager to help build and engage with our gaming community. As a gamer yourself, you will connect with players, create meaningful experiences, and provide valuable insights that enhance both player satisfaction and game performance.ResponsibilityCommunity Engagement & Management: - Actively engage with the gaming community across social media, forums, and in-game platforms as a fellow gamer. - Address player questions and concerns proactively, escalating issues when needed. - Share tips, tricks, and personal experiences, and empathize with both positive and negative feedback from the community. Content Moderation: - Monitor and moderate inappropriate content shared within the community (both in-game and on social media/forums). - Take appropriate action, including flagging content for removal, issuing chat bans, suspensions, or permanent bans in severe cases. Community Relationship Building: - Build and maintain relationships with key community members, influencers, and streamers (if applicable to the game). - Generate engaging content and foster a welcoming and enthusiastic community environment. Events & Campaigns: - Organize online and offline events or contests, especially around new game launches or content updates. - Coordinate community meetups when relevant. Collaboration with Game Development Team: - Work closely with game developers to create engaging discussion topics and content for the community. - Where suitable, release sneak peeks or teasers of upcoming updates to gather early feedback. Feedback & Insights: - Analyze community feedback and report trends to the game development team. - Offer insights to improve gameplay balance (e.g., skills, items, attributes, dungeons, etc.) and adjust policies based on community behavior. Scalable Support & Content Planning: - Deploy and manage support tools (bots, forums, knowledge bases) to scale community support. - Develop and maintain a structured content and activity calendar (e.g., rolling 30-day plan) to drive ongoing engagement. External Collaboration: - Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to enhance community support and outreach.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a related role - Strong understanding of gaming communities and online player behavior - Experience with Web3 games is a plus- Fluency in English is a must for engaging with a global community.- Comfortable being an active gamer (hardcore gaming experience not required) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Experience managing or moderating forums, subreddits, Discord, or similar platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple community initiatives
