Compliance Expert (Chuyên Gia Tuân Thủ)

1. Compliance Governance Leadership- Lead and drive compliance governance across the Group.- Establish the compliance governance framework and organizational structure for the Group.- Develop group-wide compliance policies and regulations.- Design processes, guidelines, and standardized tools for compliance monitoring and supervision.- Research international practices and Vietnamese regulations on internal control to recommend and improve policies, standards, models, and monitoring tools.- Prepare regular and ad-hoc compliance governance reports to the Group’s leadership regarding key compliance issues.2. Promoting Compliance Culture and Capability- Build and promote a proactive compliance culture and communication to ensure the organization’s compliance objectives are achieved.- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness, skills, and capabilities of employees across the Group.3. Compliance Monitoring, Investigation, and Data Governance- Implement compliance monitoring, inspections, and investigations to ensure adherence to the compliance governance framework.- Conduct reviews and investigations of incidents or violations in daily business operations (BAU).- Evaluate and recommend disciplinary actions in line with delegated authority.- Manage the company-wide compliance data system.- Collect, process, and analyze key business data to support compliance monitoring.- Develop criteria, dashboards, and reporting tools for compliance oversight, early warning, and decision-making.- Research and apply emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, RPA, NLP) to compliance activities.
