Key Objectives- Follow the business plan with the respective key customer groups as assigned and ensure effective operation.- Follow the assigned KPIs (Sales growth, market share, 4S, forecast...)- Support to train and participate in development activities to improve the capacity of Key Account/Sales Executive team in the regions based on the understanding of customers in the channel/customer group in charge.Job Responsibility- Follow KPIs allocated by channel/region: Sales growth, market share, 4S, customer, forecast...- Build and optimize relationships with potential customer groups.- Ensure sales & profits for the assigned customer group/ distribution channel/region.- Support areas indirectly/directly to negotiate contracts, reach agreements to maximize benefits with new customers.- Identify and optimize business growth and development opportunities with relevant leads to ensure continued success and expansion of the company's business.- Executing the business development plan of the customer group in charge. Implement, monitor and execute the plan under the management of superiors.- Make sales forecast for the key customer group in charge: sales in/out forecast, follow up and update.- Ensure the list of new product categories, distribution channel promotions/according to the list of customers in charge.- Responsible for implementing contract management of key customer groups as assigned from superiors: sales, execution, evaluation & reporting.- In charge of tasks related to sales promotion programs to ensure operation, and supply as required.- Update market, volatility, trends and competitors' competition.- Contribute, propose solutions to build and develop sales channels and customer groups: understand customers, coordinate with related departments to build business plans.- Collaborate with Area Customer Manager/Sales Executive to ensure operation, supply & sales promotion programs for responsible customers (such as Institution, Catering, Canteen, Customers belonging to Organizations/Associations and other customer groups)- Other duties as assigned by superiors.

- Degree: Graduated from University with major in Business Administration/Marketing- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position- Knowledge and skills:• Communication skills and overcoming objections• Sales skills• Problem solving skills• Decision making skills• Positive thinking and acceptance of change• Communicate & influence• Motivating, inspiring• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to work in a team, coordinate with other departments• Fluent in English
