KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for answering inbound calls/emails/chats and resolving customers' queries related to pre & post journey.- Work with relevant stakeholders such as Bus Companies for fulfillment of tickets booked.- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.- Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience.- Build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Spoken and written knowledge of English and Vietnamese.- Ability to build and maintain relationships.- Excellent customer service skills.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Able to work in shifts (including weekends and there could be a need to work the night shift).- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.- Years of Experience: 0-3 years experience.
