DevOps Engineer

If you are eager to participate in international projects, gain unique skills, and learn from top leaders, Neyu is the right place for you. Responsibilities Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them  Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure  Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes  Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats  Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes  Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended  Collaborate with FE/BE developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic  Gather and address technical and design requirements  Provide training and support to internal teams  Write well tested software to ensure quality, responsiveness and efficiency  Write technical documentation  Troubleshooting issues and problem solving as necessary Requirements At least +3 years’ experience in BE, DBA & DevOps  Have knowledge in following technologies: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD  In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)  Familiarity with common stacks  Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Go)  Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)  Familiarity with development tools (e.g. Git, Docker, Cloud services)  Participate in the entire application lifecycle  Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications  Familiar with agile software development processes and tools  Nice to have AWS Certification  Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill.  Previous success developing and shipping a large-scale application with a user-empathetic mindset  Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies   Benefits A multinational dynamic working environment that offers various development opportunities where work transcends all traditional boundaries.  Opportunities to work with a vast global talent pool, bringing together diverse, specialized teams that collaborate seamlessly  A delegation culture where you are empowered to take full ownership and responsibilities in projects, tasks and innovations.  Salary: Competitive remuneration package and fully paid in probation period  Pay-for-performance policy:  Attractive year-end bonus and salary review twice per year based on employee’s performance  Premium health care package  A work-life harmony working schedule from 9 AM – 6 PM from Monday to Friday  Team building and other various cash and non-cash benefits (holidays bonus, birthday…) Recruitment ProgressRound 1Trao đổi qua điện thoạiRound 2PV trực tiếp Trưởng bộ phận ITRound 3PV với CTO (có thể linh động gộp vào vòng 2)
