DevOps Engineer (Junior/Middle level)

🎯As a DevOps Engineer at Tiki, you’ll help maintain & improve the systems that power one of Vietnam’s most trusted e-commerce platforms. From automating deployments to scaling for millions of users, you’ll contribute to keeping our systems resilient, observable, and secure — 24/7. You’ll work closely with developers, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver fast, stable, and scalable systems. 🧠What You’ll Do?Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.Ensure reliable and performant production systems through proactive monitoring and tuning.Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues in close collaboration with developers.Support on-call rotations, handle incidents, and participate in post-mortem analysi.sSupport system readiness for high-traffic events with capacity planning and auto-scaling.Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure (Prometheus, Loki, etc.).Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks through security audits and automation.Maintain access control, automate permissions, and contribute to internal system documentation.
