🎯Role overviewBe at the forefront of designing and scaling our Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, ensuring 99.9% inventory accuracy under high-traffic conditions, while also having the unique opportunity to integrate AI-driven solutions into real-world logistics and supply chain operations. 🧠ResponsibilitesArchitect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Java or Golang to support high-traffic OMS and WMS platforms.System Integration: Lead the integration between OMS and various internal/external ecosystems to ensure seamless data flow and order processing.Optimize Performance: Build and maintain high-concurrency systems, focusing on data consistency and achieving near-perfect inventory accuracy (99%+).Innovate with AI: Research, experiment, and implement AI applications to optimize warehouse operations, demand forecasting, or automated decision-making.Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in software development and system design.Operational Excellence: Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve system reliability and latency.
