Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operationConduct the training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfactionBe in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plansProvide advice for the nurses and solve problem related to nursing team at clinicsProvide daily nursing tasks at clinics and on-siteTake care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared forBuild up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operationsEnsure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developmentsTake charge of internal and external reportsOther tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD
