Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Strategy & PMO Lead to drive and quantify tangible business value across digital initiatives within the Digital & Technology (D&T) team, ensuring alignment with the D&T growth roadmap and the company’s strategic priorities.
In this role, you will lead value realization efforts for digital projects—translating business cases into financial impact, coordinating initiative delivery, and strengthening program management practices. You will also play a key role in establishing and embedding PMO best practices across the D&T portfolio.
This position requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. It is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset and a passion for large-scale digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesChampion of Business Value Realization & Tracking (50%)
Lead the development of business cases through baseline analysis, assumption validation, and quantitative modeling to estimate financial impact. Outputs will support the Senior Digital Transformation Manager in prioritizing the D&T portfolio and roadmap.
Drive the tracking and monitoring of initiative KPIs to ensure delivery of intended business impact, maintaining thorough documentation for value realization. Coordinate regular KPI communication with D&T and OpCos.
Support value tracking reviews and planning cycles in accordance with enterprise governance (e.g., SNOW system), including accurate impact logging, report preparation, and cascading key insights to D&T leadership.
Project Coordination & PMO Support (30%)
Lead the management of D&T project trackers, timelines, resource monitoring, and project delivery dashboards.
Coordinate planning and execution across cross-functional teams for medium-to-low complexity projects, escalating risks to the Senior Digital Transformation Manager when necessary.
Drive D&T governance and ways of working by standardizing workflows, documentation, action trackers, and initiative briefs—under the guidance of the Senior Digital Transformation Manager.
Identify and lead behavior change plans to strengthen agile practices across D&T, incorporating feedback for iterative improvement and sustained adoption.
Prepare structured meeting materials and coordinate stakeholder input for workshops and strategic planning sessions.
Agile Execution & Delivery Enablement (20%)
Support initiative teams during agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), ensuring clarity of agenda and documentation of outcomes.
Maintain and update agile boards and sprint tracking tools in collaboration with initiative leads.
Consolidate updates and progress reports across sprints and initiatives for visibility and review.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business, analytics, IT, or digital transformation, including approximately 2 years in a leadership or project oversight role.
Experience in strategy, management consulting, or digital transformation preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse programs.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and stage-gate processes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify value creation in financial terms.
Structured problem-solving and 80/20 thinking to analyze complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A distinctive blend of business, IT, and financial fluency.
Strong analytical capabilities; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Good to Have
Experience with SQL and data querying.
Proficiency in dashboard development using modern BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Experience in change management and communications during digital rollouts.
Understanding of emerging digital technologies and their applications in large enterprises.
