The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation of the Furama – Ariyana Danang and IBH Company, including all brands belonging to IBH JSC. This role is also required to drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, brand management, and customer engagement initiatives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing plans and strategies:
- Develop and executive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, digital advertising
- Develop and executive SEO/SEM strategies to drive online systems and improve search engine ranking.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns
- Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity and image of the company
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials
- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements and multimedia materials.
- Co-ordinate with creative team, media, agencies to produce quality content.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Public relations and communications:
- Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive image of the company
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits and other PR materials.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers
- Event planning and management:
- Plan and executive marketing events
- Collaborate with events coordinator and vendors to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with all concerned departments within the company for event execution
- Customer engagement
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related filed
- Experience: Minimum of at least 5 years of marketing leadership experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good adaptability
