FURAMA RESORT CẦN TUYỂN : DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Job Summary:
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster long-term customer relationships. This role leads the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of Furama Resort Danang while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining competitive market positioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Revenue Management:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all business segments.
– Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and establish strategies to increase market share and revenue.
– Set and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring performance aligns with organizational objectives.
– Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
– Participate in sales calls, client meetings, trade shows, and sales missions to acquire new business and maintain existing relationships.
– Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
– Regularly evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and implement necessary improvements.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the resort’s products and services.
– Oversee brand management efforts to ensure consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
– Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
– Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing content and campaigns.
– Plan and execute promotional activities across key revenue areas such as F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences.
– Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership & Development:
– Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities to team members.
– Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
– Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring the right skills and expertise align with business needs.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
– Develop and nurture long-term, value-based customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
– Implement proactive online reputation management strategies and respond to customer feedback.
– Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and address customer needs effectively.
• Financial & Budget Management:
– Prepare and manage the Sales & Marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
– Track and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
– Collaborate with the GM and senior leadership to align financial objectives with business strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related filed
– Experience: Minimum of at least 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry
– Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Creative problem-solving abilities
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Good adaptability
