• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.• Work in partnership with relationship managers to deal with difficult customers to ensure required documents are collected in order to complete the transaction processing.• Work in partnership with external customers to support and resolve customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.• Work in partnership with the wider operations team for information sharing and to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.• Support the team heads in executing all daily tasks in adherence to Head Office policies, applicable legislation and departmental procedures through accurate and timely input, in accordance to set procedures.• Ensure that all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed in a timely and accurate basis.• Escalate any unresolved complex inquiries to more experienced members of the team.• Complete administration activities including but not limited to filing / storage of documentation and data entry.Report to: Department Head and related leader
