Duties may include but not limited to:
Act as shift in-charge of engineering team and able to work on shift basis
Prioritization and allocation of work orders among technicians to ensure engineering support services rapidly address and where possible, anticipate, individual needs.
Supervise and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to the required working standards
Work closely with other department and develop effective communication
Response to incident and urgent needs promptly and professionally
Prioritization and allocation of engineering resources to ensure the needs of the business operation are met
Monitor the operation data of MEP system and ensure system operation in safe and reliable manner
Monitor and verify work safety of team members and public safety measure in complying with safety policy and procedures
Report and escalate incident and major system status to management promptly
Manage and lead the technicians in providing continuous technical Administration duties of reports/records and chair the shift briefing
Supervise the performance of maintenance contractors and ensure they perform the maintenance services on time;
Prepare daily shift report, utilities report and incident report as necessary
Promoting proactive culture and team spirit among the team
Provide 7x24 emergency call support and site attendance;
Prepare duty shift report and data collection of service work orders
Availability to work at night and on public holidays/Sundays independently;
Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision; and
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Providing training and guidance to technicians on daily operation and ensure accurate record are maintained.
Supervising and leading the technicians in providing continuous technical support/consumable stock control and effective shift handover.
Ensuring reliable building services system operation and responsive to incidents.
Supervising the work performance & quality of all the work of vendors and contractors.
Ensuring safety and comfort of guest experience and deliver engineering service in a courteous. Efficient and professional manner.
Ensuring staff awareness of operation best practice to deliver engineering service in highest quality.
Monitoring outsourced facilities management vendors to ensure quality services are delivered.
Providing 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
Handling inventory control and ensuring continuous supply of parts and consumables.
Handling procurement in complying company procurement policy.
Implementing safety policy and promoting safety awareness to team members.
Promoting a work environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, involved, equal and safe.
Adhering to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Following health and safety standards and striving for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
Participating in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of 3-year experience in Casino & Resort facilities maintenance, hotel facilities engineering, building services, safety and management.
Minimum of 1 year of Duty Engineer/supervisory experience.
Knowledgeable of HVAC, Building Energy Management, Fire Safety and/or other related building operation guidelines.
Familiar with Gaming power supply, UPS, HVAC, Fire Service and Building Management System (BMS), and/or others facilities management software.
Knowledge of occupational hazards, safe working practices, and work safety precautions.
Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite.
Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
College Diploma in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries.
