1. To mainly focus on handling OTA segment and also other segments.
2. Create and drive new sales plans when applicable within market segment.
3. Develops data and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
4. Maintain & develops the relationship with customer.
5. To achieve the monthly targets set by the Director of Sales in the Yearly Business Plan.
6. To monitor competitor’s rates/packages on a daily basis and propose ideas/offers/packages to be implemented to maintain market share.
7. To manage all OTA accounts, website, channel manager & booking engine.
8. To monitor and maintain best positions on OTAs.
9. To initiate and implement new concepts to optimize revenues from OTA.
10. To increase sales/revenue in the E-Commerce area when opportunity arises.
11. To control and manage Hotel room inventory/ rates to maximize/generate revenue.
12. To manage the on-going relationship with assigned OTA Market Managers including daily communication, periodic formal account wellness checks, and on-going revenue tracking.
13. To stay abreast of industry trends by attending industry conferences and seeking out advanced distribution knowledge.
14. To submit weekly plans, monthly reports.
15. To ensure accurate information of the hotel is correct in all websites, third party websites on a weekly basis.
16. To keep track and updates the Director of Sales on latest trends and happenings in the E-Commerce world daily.
17. To attend the Business Review meeting as and when required.
18. To perform other related reasonable duties as requested by the Hotel management.
19. Able to adapt to industry changes as may be from time to time necessary.
20. Have a good working relationship with other Departments.
21. To perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner to achieve Department Objectives and any assignment by the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ College degree or above
+ Good knowledge of OTAs and the market.
+ English – Good level, written, spoken.
+ Good personal qualities: dynamic, enthusiastic, agile, creative
+ At least 1-year experience working for 4 or 5-star hotels.
