Design and Development
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems and components for recycling machinery.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
- Develop and implement control systems for automated processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical projects.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
- Assist the maintenance team with complex electrical repairs and upgrades.
Process Optimization
- Analyze electrical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and technologies to reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering and automation technology.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all electrical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical equipment and processes.
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Project Management
- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and final project summaries.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve overall plant performance.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on electrical systems and best practices.
Others
- Manage spare part with ERP system.
Accept maintenance requests and evaluate the maintenance performances.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
- Experience in the plastics recycling industry is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and automation used in recycling processes.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
