- To support manager in maintaining, repairing.
- To follow up quarterly, yearly business plan of the department. To supervise and speed up the working process.
- To examine the condition of facilities in the hotel to report to Manager/ Assistant Manager of the Department.
- To carry out maintenance plans. To supervise and speed up staff to strictly follow the working process. To check and evaluate the implementation of staff.
- To comply with the regulations of the hotel, to ensure labor safety, proactively participate in vocational training courses.
- To complete other tasks assigned by senior. To prove the initiative in working.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree of Engineering or Hotel maintenance.
- Practical skills and knowledge of related fields: construction, public building regulations.
- Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
- Knowledge and experience in PC application software.
- English: good communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems and attention to details.
