•Utilizes knowledge of ERP System to assist in identifying processes and constructing process flows.
•Perform setup in the ERP System
•Assists in ensuring that the end users have optimum use of the system.
•Provides instruction, assistance, and support services to ERP System end-users.
•Resolve concerns or questions reported by ERP system end-users.
•Assists in the creation and updating of ERP system policies and procedures, business rules, end user desk aids, and training materials.
•Assists in the facilitation of training sessions.
•Assists in troubleshooting system problems.
•Tests new system functionality in testing environment

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience of ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX system or Production company is a plus
English: Communicate in English effectively both orally and in writing
Competencies:
•Analyze report data and translate for end-users
•Provide instruction to end-users in person or over Skype
•Train end-users on processes and systems
•Troubleshoot and/or identify problems with processes and system functionality
•Be a team player, work toward the common goal of the team, is willing to support other colleagues
