- Pre-event organization and point of contact with booker
- Planning an event that meets the objectives
- Working out event budget, and logistics (venue, catering, etc)
- Managing an effective event pro-active marketing campaign
- Propose upselling initiatives
- On-the-day management
- Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)
- Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.
- Sending communications to organizers when needed (last minute changes, parking notices etc)
- Post-event communication, reporting & analysis
- Managing post-event marketing/communications (‘thank you for hosting’ email, feedback surveys, etc)
- Reviewing reports
- Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether event goals was achieved
- GSS goals review and set goals
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Can communicate fluently by English.
- 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
