Experienced Manual QA (QA QC, Tester, English)

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with both Vietnam and US-based teams using English to discuss testing strategies, clarify project requirements, and resolve reported issues Contribute to the development of detailed test plans and test cases Set up and configure testing environments and devices as needed Execute manual test cases, document test results, and report defects Provide constructive feedback on the quality assurance process and actively participate in process improvements Requirements: Proficiency in English, strong communication skills for collaboration with the US team Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices Strong attention to detail and approach to testing, focus on identifying and reporting defects Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in manual testing of software applications Experience with API testing, device testing (Linux/macOS) is a strong advantage Working Location:ETOWN CENTRAL BUILDING, 07 - 11 Doan Van Bo Street, District 4, HCMC
