Fashion Designer (US Market) - Up to 23 Months of Annual Salary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRequired Skills & Experience• Specialized knowledge of BRA / PANTS products, including design principles, fit, functionality, materials & technique.• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer/Technical Designer, with at least 2 years of focus on either intimate or bottomwear designs.• Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and best practice for intimate apparel.• Excellent technical drawing skills, with a keen eye for visualization, details, and color coordination. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for technical sketches.• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, manufacturing, etc.).• Ability to effectively meet deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements.• Proficiency in English communication.Preferred Qualifications• Proven track record in the US fashion market or working with US-based brands.Application Submission• CV• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and experience in apparel designWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt Crossian, our people are the key to our success.
