As a FastTrack Engineer, you will be supporting our customers to drive end user adoption of Microsoft 365 workloads and effecting maximum return on investment. The customer service desk executive is passionate in supporting end users, and providing training to impart Microsoft 365 best practices to deliver work place transformation.
Stay updated with Microsoft FastTrack program objectives
Receive and respond to customer end user and admin enquiries around Microsoft 365 services
Conduct end user and admin training to Microsoft 365 customers
Plan and guide customers on the implementation and adoption plan for Microsoft 365 services
Generate Adoption plans and monitor customer active usage
Document customer engagements, status and delivery details
Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships
Identify out of scope items and work with respective teams to address out of scope items in proper manner

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or Engineering
3+ years of practical training experience or end user support experience
3+ years exposure to Microsoft 365 is desired
Previous experience with end user training
Previous experience as a customer support or service desk engineer
Deployment or training experience of Microsoft 365 workloads
Knowledge of Copilot, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite and other security workloads will be a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
