- Change uniforms, ensure personal hygiene standards, behavior as prescribed before entering the shift
- Clean eating utensils: cups, plates, spoons, glasses..., ensuring hygiene standards according to the restaurant's regulations

- According to the restaurant's service style with all the necessary tools and decorations
- Follow Sheraton's standard customer service procedures
- Implement the payment process for guests according to the restaurant's standards
- Room service
- Perform end-of-shift tasks
- Report and manage problems occurring during the shift.
- Support other Waiters / Waitress to serve guests when the restaurant is crowded, handle problems arising in the restaurant - report to superiors the events that are not capable and competent to handle.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing programs of the hotel.
- Attend department meetings, report feedback received from diners.
- Enthusiastically participate in professional training courses when facilitated by the hotel
- Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.
