Overall purpose of the job: This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by assisting Head of Operations, Head Chef on coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.
Key Result Areas (Goals)
1. Monthly inventory input.
2. Assist Operations Timekeeping.
3. Assist in preparation of OPS reports.
4. Promotion Feedback and Cover Summary – Weekly.
5. Attend meetings, take notes and follow up on next steps.
6. Communicate all group information/changes to the management team.
7. Assist Executive Chef/Head Chef with menu costing and menu item cards.
8. Group Bookings from MKT and hotlines
9. Review and report on an event-by-event basis F&B outcomes including accurate sales, COL, and COGS.
10. Arranging an interview with candidates.
11. Oversee all F&B offerings/promotion.
12. Responsible for food safety implementation and operations to the highest standards.
13. Actively participate in training where provided or directed (If have).
14. Follow up on procurement and maintenance issues.
15. Other duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Criteria Essential:
1. Education Degree in Hospitality management, business administration or international languages
2. Experience Minimum of 1 year of working experience in same position with hotels/restaurant chains
3. Circumstances Able to work outside standard office hours

1. Good English and Local language skills
2. Good organizational skills
3. Ability to work on a personal computer
4. Good administrative ability
5. Able to handle demanding workload
6. Ability to take initiative to manage work flow and priorities
7. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
8. Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from all levels
