What You Will Do
• Oversee all Accounting operations, procurement and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and corporate guidelines.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, payroll, and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team.
• Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Partner with management to optimize profitability and support future planning.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master’s is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as Financial Controller/Assistant FC in hotels (pre-opening experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
