RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management:
• Responsible for cluster selling across all the properties
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost room and group bookings.
• Build relationships with key clients and industry contacts for corporate segment.
• Maintain networks for competitive sales leads.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Deliver monthly sales reports and suggest revenue-improving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with sales and marketing policies and plans.
• Handle tasks assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
People Management:
• Apply and update sales and HR policies and standards.
• Foster teamwork, leadership, and cross-department collaboration.
• Conduct regular meetings to enhance communication and workflows.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team motivation.
• Build an efficient sales team structure.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3+ years in senior management, including 8+ years in hospitality sales; international or pre-opening experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field; postgraduate studies a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, financial management, and client relations.
• Experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and managing hotel operations (front office, F&B, housekeeping).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel systems, and POS.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
