Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize hotel distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, CRS, Booking Engine, etc.).
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive direct bookings and revenue.
Ensure rate parity and monitor online content accuracy across all channels.
Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to implement pricing, promotions, and packages.
Analyze booking trends, performance metrics, and competitor data.
Maintain strong partnerships with OTA account managers and technology partners.
Lead system integrations and digital channel enhancements.
Support the pre-opening and performance of new properties within the cluster.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, distribution, or revenue management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in OTA systems, channel managers, PMS/CRS, and Excel.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
