- Ensure the operation of all F&B & Event venues to the agree standards
- Drives the overall F&B strategy and all marketing promotions, to increase the awareness and profitability of all the hotel’s outlet
- Maintain the quality of F&B service to achieve an outstanding service that exceeds expectations
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Guarantee the consistency of the quality, flavor, presentation and temperature of the products served in all F&B establishments.
- Review daily financial reports
- Budget planning / forecast / CAPEX / P&L.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Senior Food and Beverage role experience required
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
