• Check-In and Check-Out: Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Reservations Management: Manage room reservations, monitor occupancy, and maximize room revenue through effective room inventory management.
• Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to front desk staff, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Shift Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Financial Transactions: Oversee the accurate processing of guest payments, deposits, and billing, while maintaining security measures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordinated efforts for guest satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and operational performance for senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest and operational issues effectively, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Upselling: Encourage and support front desk staff in upselling room upgrades and additional services to enhance guest experiences.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at the front desk area.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 5 years of progressive experience in front office operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong guest service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in front office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within the luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
