- Manage the day to day operations of Front Office Department including front desk, guest service, airport service, call center, concierge & transportation service.
- Ensure the Front Office team to provide professional, heartwarming and friendly service to the guests.
- Deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach
- Participate in staff selection, training, counseling and recognition programs to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction
- The detailed job description will be discussed in the interview with the Management Board.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/ College Degree in related job field or equivalent certificates/ diplomas.
- Fluent English and basic/ communicative foreign language (French, Chinese, Russian).
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Property Management System.
- Knowledge & Professional Skill in the required field, Leadership & Management Skill, Staff – Motivation Skill, Problem solving Skill, Customer Service Skill, Effective Communication Skill.
- Be organized, detail oriented, dynamic, creative & passionate in leading, working & developing team members; have good attitude, team work building rapport, positive thinking and take challenges to work under pressure with can-do commitment.
