Develop HTML5 games using Cocos Creator (2.x / 3.x). Design code architecture & core systems (gameplay, UI, asset pipeline, state management). Optimize browser performance: FPS, CPU/GPU, memory usage, and loading time. Understand & optimize the WebGL rendering pipeline: draw calls, batching, textures, shaders. Build UI / Animation / Effects systems that are visually appealing while maintaining smooth performance. Fix bugs, optimize performance, and continuously improve the product during live operation. Work closely with the Backend, Art / Game Designer / QC teams to ensure smooth integration and deliverables.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hands-on experience using Cocos Creator for Webgame / HTML5 Game development. Has participated in at least 1 real released product (not only isolated modules). Able to work independently: self-manage tasks, deliver outputs, and take responsibility for results. Strong product mindset: cares about quality, performance, and player experience. Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, C++, and C# is a plus. Nice to have: Experience with Unity/ Phaser. Experience in webgame optimization, especially on mobile web. Understanding of backend flow and real-time API such as socket or polling. English listening and speaking skills for work.
