- Calculate F&B costs and supplies expenses based on the statistics
- Conduct the following test (spot check) to ensure minimum wastage and pilferage
- Ensure that goods received are in line with the quantities, qualities and prices as agreed in the orders
- Prepare Monthly Cost Controller's Report and recommend cost reduction where needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Has a minimum of 4 years of Finance experience, including at least 2 years in Cost Control
- Familiar with hospitality cost practices and financial regulations to ensure compliance and optimize resources.
- Is proficient in oral and written English
- Is pleasant and willing to learn
- Is meticulous and pays high attention to details
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
