- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Develop training and development programs
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Maintain and update Employee database
- Support the recruitment process
- Make labor contract, declare social insurance for employees
- Assist in handling visa applying, work permit, booking air-ticket, hotel for employee’s business trip
- Order stationery for offices - Stationery management
- Make quotations, purchasing furniture and equipment.
- Manage and maintain of equipment in the office and ensure the public and working areas of the office are maintained in an ordered, clean and tidy fashion at all times.
- Other Administrative duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: College / University
- At least 02 year experiences.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English both verbal and writing.
- Honest, careful & detail-oriented.
- Ready to work overtime when needed.
Work Time:
- 08:30am - 5:30pm
- From Monday to Friday
