- Supervise team member is efficiency working with correctly- Co-operate and coordinate Customer Service team with other Departments- Manage booking request and guide member to get/ send to clients or Sales- Support and solve all requirements of customer (pick up and drop off containers, free time, closing time, SI cut off, customs clearance, goods insurance ....)- Follow up, check, and update status of shipment and delivery; coordinate with client and internal department to solve the arising problem (if any)- Responsible for the daily management of the operation, training staff- Handle key account- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Bachelor degree in economics, foreign trade or related fields- Year of experience: at least 5 years experienced in USA/ Canada route- Good command of English, both of written and spoken- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking- Advanced leaderships
