• Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:
• Maintenance of guest informationn
• Maintenance of information about local events
• Compile occupancy statistics
• Supervise the use of the public address system (PAS)
• Supervise group bookings
• Assisting with serious complaints
• Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:
• Cash handling and banking procedure
• Dealing with irregular payments
• Instructing staff on credit policies and facilities
• Instructing staff in cash security procedures
• Carry out debtor control
• Prepare reports
• Supervise the cashiering system
• Works with Superior and Human Resources on mainpower planning and management needs
• Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Section’s budget.
• Conduct Night Audit Process for the Resort
• Provide department orientation and training of the resort service standards, procedures and programs
• Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism
• Motivate and provides a work environment which brings out the best in team members
• Attend briefings daily and hand over the unfinished task to the next shift for follow-up and continued implementation.
• Attend meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Comply with company rules and regulations. Fingerprinting and uniform wear as the resort's policy and standard
• Carry out the tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager/ Duty Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A team player person with an attitude to learn, service mindset, open and positive thinking
- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- Experience in same position is an advantage. International resort or hotel experienced is preferred. Sales experience in 4-5 star hotel at least 2 year (1st priority).
