•Represent the hotel in a positive manner on and off duty.
•Greets arriving guests and bids them farewell at all times in a friendly manner and use guest’s name at every opportunity
•Promotes all the facilities of the hotel and knows the surrounding areas when asked for directions. Should also be familiar with the best places to tour, shop and dine.
•Handle complaint effectively; log the day's activities in a logbook to ensure that the next person on duty is familiar with everything that needs extra attention.
•Knowledge about the room rates, room location, and types of room.
•Stay up-to-date on room rates, packages, discounts and how to handle each.
•Up to date on hotel information, services and activities.
•Daily check and update arrival room status daily.
•Daily update VIP guest list and potential guest list to all Head of Department
•Work with receptionist and related department to arrange daily amenity as VIP request.
•Co-ordinate with all related Department in order to handle any special requests.
•Check in guest and assist receptionist and check-out when needed.
•Follow established standard operating procedures.
•To attend all training courses as requested and necessary
•Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
•Certification: Certification in Front Office operation (preferred but not required).
•Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office operation at 4-5 star hotel.
•Other: Knowledgeable of Front Office computer system; strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English.
