1. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential M&A targets and land acquisition opportunities aligned with Gamuda Land's strategic objectives.2. Feasibility Studies: Lead and manage feasibility studies for potential projects, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and due diligence.3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, conduct valuation analysis, and develop investment proposals for M&A and land acquisition opportunities.4. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Participate in negotiations with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for land acquisition and M&A transactions.5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, consultants, and other relevant parties.6. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on market trends, project feasibility, and investment recommendations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, investment, or consulting.• Proven track record in M&A and land acquisition.• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.• In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese real estate market.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis software.
