- Creating a strategy for new industries
-Improving the campaigns performance to meet the monthly targets

-We are not only just optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc. This job is not only just calculating number on your desk. but also we need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors’ performance
-Negotiating a lot of deals with client to get better condition for our publishers and our company
-Working, communicating, negotiating often with SP-team to manage an advertising campaign
-Maintaining relationship with clients aiming at improving ads campaign’s performance.

- Good communication, sales, negotiation and logical thinking skills.
-Good analytical skills
- At least 1 year of experiences in Digital Marketing Agency Company;
- Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercial.
- Positive attitude, high responsibility for work.
- High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
- Good English is a special advantage
